Non-Speaking:    Appearances that require presence and marketing. Promoting and engaging on behalf of client, on organizational initiatives, products, goals, and fund raising. Some restrictions may apply due to time, availability, location, etc. 

Speaking:    Speaking engagements and training topics are geared and focus towards clients’ target and/or requirements. Speaking engagements can incorporate client specific topics with discretion. Discretion and possible restrictions, "such as, but not limited to", legal, moral or ethical.
